Delete your Dheya account

This applies to the Dheya learning platform (lms.dheya.com) and the Dheya Android app (ai.dheya.learner).

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in at lms.dheya.com or in the Dheya app.
2. Open Profile (the person icon on the bottom bar in the app).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

Or ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email care@dheya.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (name, email, mobile number, password), your institution membership, enrolments, lesson and video progress, quiz and test attempts, assignment submissions, journal entries, points, certificates, notifications, reviews and discussion posts, and any queued messages to you.

What may be kept

Courses and lessons you created as an instructor stay on the platform without your name attached.

If you bought a paid course or package, the invoice record for that payment (order number, amount, date, item, and the name and email on the invoice) is kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax law requires it, and then deleted. It is not used for anything else. All other information listed above is deleted.

Deleted information may remain in database backups for up to 30 days until those backups are overwritten.
